The requirements for this position are:
- Communication skills in Romanian and English (written and spoken),
- PC skills (Word, Excel),
- Willingness and ability to learn new information,
- Accuracy and logical thinking,

Your main tasks would be to:
- Answer phone calls, e-mail and chats received from customers and provide accurate and complete information,
- Provide support in the languages you know in transcribing the information necessary for the business,
- Handle customer inquiries.
